    Loss of ISP!!!

Not sure if this is the right forum, but here goes - help/advice appreciated.

I have a quirky, local ISP - who unfortunately operates a virtual local monoploy.
As a consequence of sharing torrents I have been temporarily suspended twice. This, I'm lead to believe is a direct result of 'cyber police' actively soliciting my uploads.

My question: on sites like Azerus/Vuse is there a way of eliminating my upload. I wouldn't ordinarily like to but my ISP is threatening closure if I'm 'caught' again. I know I can throtlle back to <1Kb/s but I'd like to completely cut off upload. Can this be done ?

      Use another torrent download software.

I use bitlord. There is settings on this to cut your upload all together.

Heres a wee link to it..

i use uTorrent, it has port randomisation (to evade isps sniffing on port 6669) the ability to force encryption (to evade any packet sniffing) and the ability to completely suspend upload and download speeds.

Id also be inclined to send a strongly worded letter to my isp regarding terms of service and fair usage policies.
