Has anyone knowledge of adwords - pay per click & website design seo?

Perhaps you may know someone who can point onself in the right direction- someone really good - like super geeky good?

Being a professional in our own craft id suspect this could be light work for the likes of someone with a passion for coding & algorithms.. the pay is good.
