hi i have seen these adapters about and was wondering can you use the internet from you mobile phone contract to surf on the laptop as i have free wap, was thinkin about taking it on holiday with me
Three points.... 1. I wouldn't connect via bluetooth if you want to use your phone as a modem. You should connect via cable. 2. This will only work if your phone supports the modem feature. It will have to be a high end phone, not the cheap variety. 3. The moment you leave the UK you will be roaming, this will incur charges no matter what usage deal you have.

Just the standard Sony Ericsson USB lead. You should of got one with the phone.
Install the software from the CD in the box
Once you plug the phone in & start the software there will be an option to use the phone as a modem. This will allow you to connect to the internet via your mobile network
