Just found out what the problem was,

It was a dodgy Apple Mac release of Utorrent, fix was posted later today and all is now well.

Error said that it was not able to create folders on an external drive (which I use) but strangley it worked when I used Isohunt instead of btjunkie !! ??? ##

My PC version works fine, but I did not upgrade the utorrent client. However, I guess it should be ok now.

All very confusing but who cares now that it's back.
