data1.cab/hdr files

Is there anyone who can extract the data folders (data1.cab-data1.hdr-data2.cab from actia md) .
And pack them back in the same way.
I would like to replace a folder.
I use to decompress ZipScan Evaluation software.
To pack i dont now
