Scroll dowwn to "SECURITY /ADMIN PASSWORD"
Click the "unlock tab"
Get a screen showing "4CZL8N1-2A7B" with a space to enter the password underneath. Enter password, get = "INCORRECT PASSWORD ENTERED"
Am I asking for the right password?

First when you enter code press "OK" not correct way, you need to hold "control" and press enter twice,
