    Gulf / North Africa Geolocked

I need to find a VPN or proxy tunnel or some way of accessing a streamed channel that originates from the UAE but can be accessed from ISP's in any of the following...

United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia, Iran, Iraq, Yemen, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Chad, Djibouti or Somalia.

What's the best way to do this? I can't find any VPN services WITHIN these countries (they all seem to be for people in said countries who want to get around their censorship).

Will going via a proxy significantly reduce the quality of stream?

    Thank you.

you could just search for a server host in any of theses places get a vpn, or shared box off then and set-up your own proxy server that way you will get best stability for your streams ,pubic proxys are at best of times unstable

I don't mind paying for a private VPN.

How difficult is this to set-up then on private hosting?

Wouldn't I require an awful lot of bandwidth?

      Thanks.
