Six and half a dozen m8. You won't go wrong with either.

Both are made by Asustek. Asrock being their budget/OEM range. I'm Asus all the way, fantastic boards.
I've heard good reports about the Asrock boards but I'd still throw in the extra cash for the Asus.

Asus, in my opinion is better than the Asrock. The new motherboards from Asrock has had a great performance despite still not equating to the boards from Asus ...

I'd recommend checking the reviews on the specific board your buying as all manufacturers have better and worse products. Newegg.com is a good source.

asus is ranked a higher grade over asrock but the latter is good for overclock

Indeed Asrock is the budget Asus range, but still good.
I use them for budget builds for friends and family.

I however prefer Gigabyte for myself, my current build has one.
My last build was MSI which i can also recommend.

So if you are on a budget the Asrock will do just fine.
                            But I personally recommend Gigabyte.
