lipsinc goes out when converting bluray to avi

when i convert blu-rays to avi. some not all go out of sinc when i play them back (about 15/20 mins in) any ideas people... the software i use is... AviSynth, anydvd hd, EAC3toGUI, MeGUI, tsMuxerGUI, and VDubMod...
