didn't realise Microsoft had FREE products that actually work, but came across this:

So if you don't have any anti-virus and/or anti-spyware software give it twirl. So far so good and its very lightweight, you don't even notice it running in thr background!

I run on all my 4 PC's with Microsoft essentials without any issues and doesn't slow the PC down.
