cant upload to newsgroups

just tried a tutorial (How To Upload To Newsgroups)
to upload files to newsgroups but when i go to post i get an error 440 posting not allowed. can anyone help me? i think it might have sumthing to do with part..2) Enter Subject Header Template..(didnt fully understand) any help would be nice.. ps i use Newsdemon...

finally managed to upload to newsgroups, ended up using virmin.com news server as i think my newsdemon server wont let me upload. So, is it safe to upload to newsgroups via virmin.com as i heared that some servers log your ip and such. read that Alibis is a good server what doesnt log your ip and such. any thought on this? thankx for your help peeps..
