Hi, I'm not familiar with this mobo but as for many other Mobos you should check in the Bios some thing about cpu speed and set it, try to set it as "auto" or "default" save it, restart, go back and check it, if it doesn't work then try in setting it up manually "Multipler 13,5 x 200 BusSpeed"
    cheers

Check that it isn't using Laptop Power Saving - have seen this a few times on PCs for some reason and you need to go into Power options and change it to always on instead of Laptop/Portable What OS are you using???
