Just my 2 pennies worth, but for that you could build a newer system your self.

Cpu is up to 5yrs old ...
i have a Radeon X1950 PRO (think i bought it about 5yrs ago)

        DDr2 ram

Its old tech. So for me , no its not worth it.

A computer with these specs sells for abour $200 or so in the US. Not sure how that translates into Euro's.

its not worth it because the computer is rather old, slow for the latest game anyway. And that processor also consumes a lot ot electricity.

I agree with these guys, don't buy it....

Looking at the rest of the specs, you could build a brand new pc with better specs for 250, so don't buy a used one for that price. MSI isn't all that good a brand(cheap) and that graphic card is about 20 on ebay and the ram is about 40... the Pentium D is a crap cpu and is just like a core 2 quad. It is 2 cpus bridged(2 P4's) on 1 chip instead of multi cores on 1 cpu die like the better cpus.. and won't perform as good, and will give off a lot of heat slowing it down also

Also the motherboard it has in it depends on how much it can be upgraded in the future.... it may or may not have potential.... find out the max spec of the motherboard

my biggest concern with that spec is the psu. I have the same processor with 1 hard drive no tv card onboard graphics and the psu 500w decided to have it's own little smoking session. In short I would say if you want to run games on that setup you will be running processor to the max so keep an eye on your power consumption. But if it is not primarily for games then as old as that processor is they aint bad old buses and they do kick out out enough heat to keep your toes warm on a cold winters evening.

To put it in perspective ... this is the same as putting your cable box on ebay for ?99.
