panasonic cf51

Hello all, I have a panasonic tough book cf51 and it will not start up, it comes on and you see the desktop and then shuts down and starts again. I'ts on for about 1 minute and re-starts itself.

The quickest & easiest solution is to re-install windows. There should be a hidden partition on the HDD that can be accessed by pressing a function key before windows starts.

Not sure which 'F' key it is, but I would start with F12.
