differance between CPU speed and Frequency ??

just running a program to see what my cpu cores are doing and it says my CPU Frequency is 800MHZ so whats the difference between frequency and speed. cheers for your help people..

CPU speed is how fast the actual processor clicks, or the amount of bits it can push through per second.

The System clock is equivalent to the bus speed
