You have a virus / malware mate, have you ran your virus scan to see what it brings up, also ensure that your AV is up to date (sorry if I'm teaching you to such eggs).

Try following this, it worked for me the otherday - not with your issue but with malware which you seem to have

install malwarebytes on your pc and its a great prog for viruses and malware

Just to add to akyboo's comment, you can also run this program in safe mode for anything it might have missed.
