Been using J-Downloader for a while now but find it
a little tricky sometimes.

Any one know of another which is "Nicer" to use???

Internet download manager is the best I've found.

Look for version 5.19, stable at the moment. do not let it update, when the box pops up asking you, click cancel or it will destroy the crack.

There's a tut here when using rapidshare but its basically the same for all sites
