    comodo not updating

    hello all
    i just got a free version of comodo antivirus,i dl from major geeks
    it installed fine but for some reason when i try to update its saying theres a problem with my internet conn
    but my conn is fine,i cant work out why it wont update
    anybody got any ideas ? im running vista 32 bit

      Which version do you have installed now?

      The latest update on my PC takes it to v5.3.175888.1227

          it says its the same version as above,,im a bit miffed as i keep getting a message saying my internet conn is not working but it is
          this is on my other lappy running vista,i have unticked use proxy server in tools,but still the same msg,i obviously have the latest version but it looks as though it wont attempt to update

              As long as it auto updates then I wouldn't worry. Got the same problem with Windows, can't manually look for updates, but it will auto update...... D'oh!
