hello up until 2 months ago my internal dvd ram drive worked ok now it will not read or write any discs.tried a variety of suggestions to fix the drive ,but still not working .could somebody recommend a good usb external dvd ram drive

ps also would this external drive be ok to use with my daughters netbook also running on windows xp.
