I have two samsung laser printers both of which stop working when the toner displays as empty (even though it is not)
The all-in-one SCX 4828 requires a password to clear counts. It will not print out a fax until I replace the toner.
The CLP 315 is saying that the yellow is out, and will not print from some imaging software, but does print from really software for some reason.
Any help would be great to reset the counters so I don't have to waste so much toner...
