Can't delete files

Hi,
I am trying to delete a diagnostic program from my laptop.
There doesn't seem to be an unistall icon and nothing is listed in "add remove software" in control panel.

When I highlight the file directories an click delete it says " read only file " so I change the atributes and then try to delete but it puts the read only flag back again !

Any help please.

you could try revo uninstaller, if you installed the software revo will uninstall it.

Try program unlocker, it can delete almost everything - folders and files or mosoo force delete for files only

Delete Doctor is another one that'll get rid of almost anything

Some programs you could only delete them from safe mode, reboot pc press F8 and delete.
