email recieve to a folder

hi guys wonder if its possible to recieve certain emails
to a folder
say for instance i recieve a paypal payment email notification is there a way to set it up so it goes in a folder a bit like the junk folder
it would be great if there was ?

Yes you can m8. If it is paypal for instance click on a paypal response then at the top of the screen you will see the word messages click that and then select create rule from message, this will bring up a new box. Leave the top box as it is and you will see in the bottom box paypal highlighted in blue. In the second box check the box,,Move it the specified folder, you will then get a pop up box allowing you to create a new folder which you can then name paypal or whatever suits..Click OK and that is it job done. All paypal receipts will go straight to that folder..

any email you have already recieved from paypal as receipt of payment. As they are all from the same place the rule will work for all messages received from them after rule has been made. And I am assuming it is oulook you are using
