i have a file thats strange when opened can any one help its displayed very strange not even in a different language ?

Try using wordpad instead. Or turn on wordwrap in notepad

thanks mate tried it in word
pad and note pad also messed with the word wrap still the same i'm sure i have had this before something to do with saving from a different version but when i'm searching on goole i get no clues ?

Have you tried Open office or MS Word to open it?

It means that you have to change your character encoding settings, or instal the program using Daemon tools, as if you needed instructions to understand that!
