    sky hd multi room question

Hey i'm hoping somone can answer a question for me .

Currently in my mums house there is 2 sky boxs 1 hd and one normal sky+ the hd box is set up but not connected to a tv .. so isnt being watched

we have full package on both boxs .

I am currently at an address that has a sky dish fitted and the cable but not the box with card ..

Is it possible for me to take the HD box with card in and hook it up in my own house and use it like its basically just in another room in my mums ..

Basically looking to save money where possible and this would be an ideal saving ..

Thanks in advance for any advice cheers

Yes you can move the box anywhere that has a feed as long as its still paired up with that card. BUT since its MRoom you must have all the boxes connected to a phone line for the duration of the contract or you will be charged 2x full sub. One each for the boxes.

They will or should letter you to say of their intentions to bill you double or warn that both boxes are not connected.

    So beware

He paired the 2 boxes from one house with a landline from another house ?

Surely when sky send a callback signal to the box then the number that would show up at Skys end would be the neighbours and not of the holder of they two boxes thus flagging a issue? Or am i missing somthing?
