Have found a couple of good sites (both, by the same people) I thought I should share ...
Free PVR for TV Shows ... Sick Beard - Internet PVR for your TV Shows
Free PVR for Movies ... CouchPotatoApp.com
Select for your content, it then finds a NZB or torrent file you need and integrates it with your newsreader, renames & saves where you want (after it's downloaded it) AND then updates XBMC or PLEX or whatever. It will even tell you when it's done it !
