hello all my sony str db 900 av receiver cuts out the display is on and power is on but no volume, any help needed or is amp dead?

any error mode,maybe something went like caps or internal board,needs to be checked out to know for sure.are you using good quality speakers and cables and no wires touching at rear of amp.

Could be bad solder connections on driver or output ic's

Hello aLl i checked it out all looks fine inside, the speakers are adequate, no wiring issues looks like more indepth work is needed thanks all the same.
