    Streaming live sport

Hello, when watching live sport via a stream, what is the order from top to bottom of determining factors for picture and quality. Is it:
    1. quality of source stream
    2. quality of my broadband signal
    3. RAM
    4. graphics card

Your thoughts are appreciated because I am trying to figure why some matches are good enough to play on the TV and some stop/start and have a poor picture.

    Thanks.
