I'm not sure if this is being posted in the correct place or not. I bought a Markus 750 around a year ago and it was working great. I had it connected via the dongle to my laptop and life was good.
I hadn't used it in a long while (unplugged it and all) and recently went to use it again. While the power light (red light) is lit and red, it doesn't turn on by button or remote. It just remains black on the tv and the red light stays on. Thats all it seems to be doing at the minute. I am very disappointed because I loved the boxed. It was a great upscaler and recorder, not to mention the timeshift facility and streaming. It was a bit of an investment, expensive enough. I bought it from what i think was the first version of this site, although I stand to be corrected.
Would anyone have any ideas as to:
1. What is wrong with it?
2. Who could have a look at it to have it fixed?
3. Anywhere on here that is dealing with Markus problems.
Any other information would be great.
