Globalstar 11500 full hd/3d receiver box

I have a global star 11500 full hd/3d box but the English sky channels don't work is that normal or do I need to download some firmware or something because I'm new to this business and don't know how it works.thanks for any information

I bought globalstar 11500 Hd /3d box and after 12 months most channels are gone. I want to kno hoiw to upgrade my receiver.
