I've got a LG 55" with passive technology. Must say i prefer the passive glasses rather than the active ones

Who would want to watch tv wearing glasses? Doesn't it knacker your eyes after a while?

Waiting for the free Active glasses to arrive and was wondering if I should have gone for passive so thought I would check

hi sorry was busy , yes its active thats not good
but for 3d you will only use it for 1 week then you wont use 3d again

active glasses not comfy , must charge or replace battery , you cant watch 3d when you lay on your side &
                            also do flickering

by the way you will only use the 3d for 1 week then you will not use it again <-- trust me

i say for the extra money buy normal led 55 inch

Not sure what TV you have but i am on my second generation samsung with the Bluetooth glasses the 1st gen where infa red, and there is Zero flicker on mineand it has the same field of vision of a passive as well.

At the end of the day Active/Passive both have there good and points its up to the user to decide which one he wants
