Move the colour lines out of the way, or if you cant move them then move the TV instead...

Them sumsung tellies are shi##,im just guessing here,but im pretty sure you`ve gone and bought a cheap copy...

contact a sammy agent.

you need to test all inputs to isolate the issue and if the same problem happens it will be the lcd panel if the lines are going left to right. t-com board will be replaced if solid color blue lines are going from topt to bottom as far as i know
