    hi

    i have been looking at two players and just wanted peoples opinions on them they are

    asus o!play air hdp-r3 and the

    western digital tv live streaming media player

    i am tempted to the wd

    any views on these would help

    av got the wdtv live m8 its the dogs bolox plays any format and its networked so you get stuff from the internet combine it with this ---> http://www.serviio.org/ and your set., a few others on here have got one as well, i have never heard any thing bad said about the wdtv live, there is cheaper options out there but you get what you pay for, so imho its got to be the wdtv live

      I've got the WD 1tb but soon after got an ATV so it's not seen the light of day since. I agree it's the best pity I don't use it. If you live anywhere near Nott'm you can come and look at mine. Oh missus!!!!

        i to have the xtreamer mk1 and pro also have the wdtv and its great have used it alot for us netflixs and other us apps

          I wouldnt get the LSMP thats what I've got ,it works well enough but theres no custom firmware for it

            I have a Popcorn hour. Hd playback very good, wireless, i-player, any codec, good for techies and tinkerers. Heard good things about the WD too.
