Anything that can run XBMC
The cheapest opotion is probably a Raspberry Pi running open elec
I have mine fully loaded with Navi-X Ice films Sports Devil (Been watching the whole of the Aussie F1 coverage all weekend)
HTPC (Acer Revo Etc)
Most of the latest Android phones can also run XBMC
I have it running on my S2 S3 Galaxy Tab2 & Motorola Xoom. -
