    JVC DR-MH300 problem

    Hi
    My JVC DR-MH300 dvd recorder is flashing 'please wait'. I've tried everything and it wont boot any further. JVC want it back but I' concerned as all they will do is wipe the internal hardrive which has loads of family stuff ie my kids have birthday greeting from Five's Milkshake etc.
    Any Advice would be gratefully appreciated.

      1 switch off the dvd
      2 open the dvd
      3 try to clean the pik up

          Same DVD different problem

          This machine has just stopped functioning properly overnight, a couple of months ago. The TV guide vanished, and now it will only download and stor e one TV channel? Please help. Missing lots of good TV.
