Blu-ray player Denon DBT1713UD no disc

Hello.

My player Denon DBT1713UD is dead.
I replaced BD MECHA,but no success.
No laser light.
In this player is nessesery rewrite the bar code of the new BD Mecha with usb 232 TTL.
No problem with adapter usb TTL,but the soft of denon 5.12.71(8550+KES470)_1Dscan.zip
impossible to find.
What soft is good for this operation?

Finally it's not laser,it's tpic2050,motor driver.
It's this driver is universal for all BD players,or need be programmed for my model?
I find the tpic2050 for 5£
