    Sony KDL32V4000

My mum brought the Sony Bravia KDL40V4000 yesterday and i am really quiet impressed with the picture and sound quality.
As a Pioneer Kuro man myself i have always been sceptical of how good LCD TV's really are,so we went to our local AV specialist who suggested the Sony Bravia TV as it was a good spec and within her budget.
I notice there are options for antenna and cable tuning, does anyone know what the cable tuner works with ? would a direct feed from VM give her FTA services ?

If you add an 'f-type to coax' adapter to the cable feed it should connect to the aerial socket on the TV. This should give you all FTA channels without the need for a dvb-c interface.

Best bet is to have a gander at the manual and see what that says about the cable tuner.

I once connected the cable direct to the telly using a coax adapter but found the picture quality to be really really bad.
