SAMSUNG BLACK MARKS ON SCREEN

i've had my samsung LE40A456C2DXXU for not much over 16 months the problem is theres black marks from top to bottom about 5 in all across the screen there not solid lines there different shapes thing is a think its getting worse on light pictures you can really see it
has any one ever experienced this
is there a firmware upgrade for this ?

i have black line on my samsung tv aswell on right hand of tv and its is 16munts old .dus aneyboddy noe wats the story with with it
