dongle

hi there i have been asked,my daughter has a dongle which some1 where she lives has been using her Internet while she is surfing,i have never used 1 of these payngo dongles that's y I'm here is there a way she can block other people using her connection,thanx

i use a dongle also and when i plug it in it asks for pin number to prevent anyone else using it

she says it only happens when she puts the dongle in laptop then ethernet into ps3 as in the settings she has to set it as open,any help on this would b great thanx
