Realtek 8139 Ethernet Controller: Eeprom 93c46

Hi everyone.

Anyone care to post a dump from the 93c46 Eeprom on a Realtek 8139 Ethernet PCi card please?

I took the eeprom off a while back and used it on something else. Now I want to get the card working again and cant find the original dump for the 93c46.

Can you explain the rest of the process, we may have the kit here but i've never done it before.
