Hi everyone can any of you help, until last night my internet has always been tip top but for some unknown reason it has decided to stop working, i have the small black vm modem and when you turn it on its supposed to be solid green lights on the (power & ethernet lights) and (sync & ready lights) are supposed to flick'r but the problem im having is the ready light isnt flickr'n its just staying off all the other lights are doing what they are supposed to, ive tried everything i can think of but still cant get the net to come back on. There are no broadband problems in my area coz i called vm to check and they said broadband is ok in my area, they are sending out a tech on tuesday but would really like to get it working before then if i can, so is there any of you good people out there that could maybe help me with this, appreciate it loads CHEERS GUYS

If you have not changed anything then its a problem that most likely on VM can solve. Either something gone wrong with cabling in the street or your modem is having problems, neither of which you can do much able.
If you modem is hanging on an extenstion cable then try plugging it in where the cable comes into the house.
