Anyone know anything about these systems ? A friend had one installed in his business last year, the guy who installed it has gone awol and he is now unable to login remotely to his system. The IP addy seems to be still active and is asking for login details, but he cant connect using the original login. Any help much appreciated.

Has he
tried connecting via network cable direct from pc to cctv unit?
The manufacturer should have a password reset method.
