product you linked is mereley a wifi router designed to use a 3G dongle as it's gateway... no dongle incl.... no GPS either.

yeh, bang-on mate... was after one that is confirmed unlockable though, thought maybe someone on here has already had experience with these noo-fangled thingamy-jigz and could lend some experience.. might be pricey, at ?25 p/m i might stick with sharing me iPhone's internet and maybe look into getting it to stream its own gps data.
