Just thought id give a quick heads up to people like me who have upgraded from a homehub 2 and hubphone to homehub 3.
Now bt says you cant use the hub phone with bt infinity.. but you CAN.
bt will install a new faceplate with infinity port and standard landline socket, if you plug an adsl filter into the landline socket, then an rj-11 to rj-11 cable from filter to broadband socket on homehub 2, you can still use your hub phone.
you can turn off wifi on the old hub if you want to, but i have left mine on with a usb hdd in the back and am using it as a nas
