sony bravia internet tv

hi guys
can someone please tell me with an idiots guide if possible, how do I set my pc and lappy so they can be accessed by my tv and ps3 for watching films,photos and music etc stored on my hard drives.

pc is vista
lappy is 7
both are wireless
tv and ps3 are wired
isp is bt infinity

click the link in my sig for serviio, install s/w on computer, your bravia tv will see it no problem, serviio also streams some internet video to you tv as well, ive been using it a while now, and its free
