Virgin Superhub Connection Problems

Hi, I purchased a VM Superhub off Fleabay and cannot get it to hook up to the internet even with the Ethernet cable attached to the laptop. Can VM block these Superhubs so they cannot be used when sold on? (have I got a dead duck?)

If not, can anyone suggest some connection tips just in case I am doing it wrong?

By the way, the PC's can find the SSID of the hub but it just won't connect.

u have wasted your money m8 .. they have to active it , it will be the wrong per , it has to be your area thats in-putted into it by vm
