You won't go wrong with a Netgear, Linksys or Belkin. (netgear being the best)

    DSL or ADSL?

I've just grabbed a TP-Link 108mbps wireless router for ?17 from SVP Communications, it was fully up and running within minutes, Xbox360, PC, Dreambox500 and 2 wireless laptops all running sweet

?17 for a 108mbps Wireless router - you can't argue with that price!

I think all modern routers come with the booster feature these days, my ?17 one has it

Buffalo, are those the routers that you can reflash with a linux firmware allowing you to turn it into a dual WAN?

The Buffalo has a button on the top to instantly connect Wii and DS with having to fiddle with the settings!

better off with the wrt54gl, it is the same but less messing around to flash with dd-wrt if you wanted to.
