    vpn setup help

    hi guys looking for some help in setting up a vpn in a cisco epc3925 can it be done ??? been using unblock up to get all usa tv and netflix us and works very well . looking to hide all info coming and going from a dream if you know what i mean

    You may be able to flash your router with the dd-wrt image. I know the firmware allows you to set up a vpn connection on the router, so will encrypt all the data going through it.
    If you do this, be aware that it will slow your speeds down significantly.

      thanks for taking the time to reply m8 when i log into the router it has a setup for vpn and a vpn passthrough. when i asked the vpn provider this is what he said (the vpn can be connected on pptp ,l2tp and open vpn) but can not give any help setting it up going through the router .

          So I imagine looking at it you will need to enable IPsec, and use the secure remote gateway by putting in the ip address of your VPN.
          You should request from your provider on what key algorithims they use

          Not sure what the domain accepts connection from any IP address is though...

          have you asked your provider if they have set up support for your router?
