    ip address

can you get a box that will hide your ip address that fits between your network box and computer, or do you have to use a program to do it.
i want to hide it for when i want to use itv player on my tv and ps3 so if i could hide it at the network box it would do them all at the same time.

I'm missing something in the logic of this. Why would you want to hide your internal IP address from yourself? Or do you mean you want to try hide your external IP address from ITV? if the latter then you need a proxy server to route all your traffic through, that way ITV won't know your real IP address and will see the proxy providers address instead, but your proxy provider will know your real IP address.

the thing is i live in france and i have a humax free sat box, but every now and again i would like to watch catchup tv on bbc or itv. i can download x-pat to hide my ip address and watch it on my computer but not on my ps3 or humax box.
my humax and ps3 go from my main wifi box via cable and it would be nice to fix a small box between them to hide my ip address if one can be fitted that is, or is there no such thing on the market.

Sounds like you need to proxy them through you PC. Never done it but I am sure there will be free apps to help.
