what speeds should i expect to get via wireless on virgin super 60meg connection im gettin between 10 n 20 meg at the most

if thats all ya getting then u better get them on the phone and get um to test speed for ya if they cant get it anyhigher then suggest paying for wot you get ie the 30 meg one ''''tell them there breeching there advertizing rules and want a fair deal for fair price

hi sparrow,i also on 60 meg but my speed on wireless r between 20-late 20s differ on different days,u will not get no where your 60 meg on wireless,if u plug ethnet lead in from your router to laptop should c your near 60 meg speed,if not phone an complain as alotmentmanu said

Try changing your wireless channel - the more routers on a channel in a certain area the slower they all go !

If an area is saturated with wireless users then it can be all but unusable, one of the reasons I stick to wired connections. Homeplugs can also be very useful to 'extend' your wired network.

I hardwire my network also, you lose up to 20% speed over a wireless network
