How To Share an excel workbook

Hi,

I am having trouble sharing my excel workbook in my small office over a network of 4 computers.
Im not sure if its possible but i would like it to update on all machines when someone makes any changes.
Is this possible??

2007 onwards click review tab then share workbook.

Obv every one needs to be able to be logged on to the folder that is being shared.

So depends on what problem your having, Network sharing or actual spread sheet sharing.

Sounds like everyone has there own copy on their comp. Best way is one copy in shared folder on one comp and everyone works on the same workbook.
